Here are 47 ways to add Reiki into your daily or monthly life to directly benefit your physical or mental health. 

Okay, so if you are thinking this is crazy how can I do all of these in a single day … you don’t. Like anything, these are ways you can enhance your life with Reiki but you don’t have to do them all. I challenge you to pick just 3 and try to integrate them into your life weekly.
