A Day in the life of an animal healer

  • Comments Off on A Day in the life of an animal healer

Welcome to the world of animal healing, where our furry friends can receive a helping paw in maintaining their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. From energy healing to massage therapy, animal healers have a range of techniques to help improve the quality of life of our beloved companions. So sit back, relax, and let’s explore the world of animal healing together! An animal healer is a professional who works with animals to help improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Animal healing involves using various techniques to help animals recover from illness, injury, or trauma, and maintain their health and vitality.

Some methods that animal healers may use include:

  1. Energy Healing: This involves working with the energy fields of the animal to help restore balance and promote healing. Energy healing may include Reiki, Pranic Healing, or other forms of energy work.
  2. Herbal Medicine: An animal healer may use different herbs and natural remedies to help treat a variety of ailments and conditions.
  3. Acupuncture: This is a technique where fine needles are inserted into specific points on the animal’s body to help relieve pain and promote healing.
  4. Massage Therapy: This involves using different techniques to manipulate the muscles and soft tissues of the animal to help improve circulation, reduce pain, and promote relaxation.
  5. Behavior Therapy: An animal healer may work with an animal’s owner to help modify the animal’s behavior and address emotional issues such as anxiety or fear.

It’s important to note that animal healing should never be used as a substitute for veterinary care. If your animal is ill or injured, it’s essential to seek medical attention from a licensed veterinarian. Animal healers can work in conjunction with veterinary care to provide a holistic approach to healing and promote the overall well-being of the animal.

So what does a typical day look like as an animal healer you may wonder?

Wake Up: Normal Daily Routine

I get my kids up for school, everyone eats and heads out for the day.

I get myself ready for drop-off (my dog daycare) and then prep for the day’s meetings.

I use Reiki to set my day up for success as I like to do a few minutes on myself so that I am in the right frame of mind to work with clients. This also gives me a few minutes of calm between my kids leaving and before everyone shows up for care.

I start my healing usually around 10am. Anything earlier and if feels rushed for me.

I make sure my space is ready and the energy feels good in the area. I use palo Santo spirts or some incense to prepare the space.

I put on relaxing music.

I set up my essential oil diffuser with just a drop of lavender since dogs have a super sensitive olfactory.

I set my intention for the client (dog) and do a chakra cleaning over the animal.

I go through the Chakra’s first. Clearing away any stagnant energy.

Then, I spend time around and in the clients auric field.

I take notes for any information that I pick up during the session.

I will access the Akashic Records (this depends upon the session)

Finally, I wrap up with a Rose Ceremony I’ve telecopied.

I send an email off to the client (human) going over any session details or information received.

I thank the client and do an energy cleaning on myself and prepare for the next client.

While animal healing may seem like an unconventional approach to pet care, it can be an effective way to support the health and happiness of our animal friends.
