Hi, I am Sasha, Mindset Coach and Master Healer, and I teach animal lovers how to start using their natural gifts to start a successful pet business and work with animals.

There’s a quiet awakening happening all around us. More and more women are starting to feel it—an inner tug, a deep yearning, a whisper in the heart that says you were made for something more. For centuries, women have carried healing wisdom in their bodies, their hands, and their hearts. And today, more than ever, that wisdom is needed in the world.

In this blog, I want to talk to you about why I believe every woman should consider becoming an energy healer—not as a job title, but as a sacred calling. Whether you want to work with animals, support your family energetically, start a side business, or simply learn how to harness your intuitive power, this path is open to you. The only thing you need to bring is your willingness.

I also want to show you how to get started, no matter where you’re beginning from.

Healing Is In Our Bones

Women have always been the heart of the home, the emotional anchors, the nurturers, and the intuitives. Long before modern medicine and structured healthcare systems, healing happened in kitchens and gardens, over warm teas and sacred hands placed on aching bodies. Women instinctively knew how to use touch, herbs, and presence to soothe, to restore, to bring balance back into a space.

That wisdom has never gone away. It’s simply been buried under years of cultural conditioning that taught us to doubt ourselves, to silence our inner knowing, to seek permission before taking action. But if you feel that stir in your chest when you hear the word “healer,” that’s your soul remembering. It’s not about learning something new—it’s about remembering what you already know.

Energy Healing Isn’t Woo—It’s Ancient

Some people think of energy healing as something mystical or far-out. But energy healing is the foundation of nearly every ancient healing system in the world—Reiki, Qi Gong, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Indigenous practices, and more. Every living being has an energy field, and when it’s out of balance, we feel it—emotionally, physically, or spiritually.

What women do naturally—holding space, creating calm, listening deeply, loving unconditionally—is energy work.

When we learn to do it intentionally, we become powerful agents of change in our homes, our communities, and our world.

Why Women Make Extraordinary Healers

Women carry a few innate strengths that make them beautifully suited to this work:

  • We feel deeply. Our emotional intelligence is often high, which makes us incredibly intuitive and responsive to energy.

  • We nurture naturally. We understand the importance of creating safe, loving spaces for others to grow and heal.

  • We hold space. We know how to sit with someone in their pain, without needing to fix or rush the process.

  • We listen beyond words. We can hear what isn’t said, sense subtle shifts in energy, and trust our gut instinct.

These are not just “soft skills.” These are sacred skills that form the core of energy healing. If you’re a woman who has been told you’re “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” or that you “care too much”—I want to reframe that. You’re not too much. You’re equipped. You are exactly who this world needs right now.

Why the World Needs More Female Healers—Now More Than Ever

We’re living in a time of rapid change. Burnout, disconnection, anxiety, and trauma are at an all-time high—not just in humans, but in the animals we care for, too. People are craving authenticity, presence, and real healing. Not quick fixes. Not surface-level advice. But heart-led healing from people who genuinely care.

Animals especially are deeply affected by the energy of their humans and their environments. As more people adopt pets or work from home, the need for energy-aware, holistic support for animals is growing. That’s where you come in.

As a woman stepping into your healing gift, you have the power to:

  • Support overwhelmed pet parents through difficult transitions

  • Offer calming energy to anxious or traumatized animals

  • Create safe, healing spaces in your community

  • Build a purposeful business that aligns with your values

  • Reclaim your time, energy, and identity through meaningful work

And perhaps most importantly, you start healing yourself in the process.

You Don’t Have to Be “Healed” to Be a Healer

One of the biggest myths I see holding women back is this idea that you need to have it all figured out before you help others. That’s simply not true.

In fact, many of the most powerful healers I know—including myself—started this journey because they were trying to heal something in their own lives. I didn’t wait until I was perfect to begin. I began, and the healing happened along the way.

If you’ve walked through heartbreak, anxiety, illness, burnout, or grief—you have something to offer. Your experience has carved out compassion in you. You don’t need to hide your wounds. You get to transform them into medicine.

How to Get Started as a Female Energy Healer

If you’re reading this and feeling the nudge—here’s how to take your first steps.

1. Say Yes to the Calling

You don’t need a perfect plan right now. Just acknowledge the desire. Say out loud: “I am open to being a healer.” That declaration alone shifts your energy and invites guidance to show up.

2. Learn the Foundations

There are many paths to becoming an energy healer, but the best place to start is with grounded, simple practices that awaken your natural gifts. That’s why I created my beginner-friendly programs—to help you learn the basics of animal energy healing, Reiki, touch therapy, and more in a way that feels accessible and supportive.

3. Start Practicing

Healing is something you get better at by doing. You can start right where you are—with your own pets, family, friends, or even plants. The more you pay attention to energy and intention, the stronger your intuitive sense becomes.

4. Find a Mentor or Community

You don’t have to walk this path alone. In fact, it’s better if you don’t. Surround yourself with women who are on the same journey, who understand what it’s like to feel “different,” and who will support you as you grow.

5. Trust the Process

Becoming a healer is not a race. It’s a lifetime unfolding. You’ll go through seasons of clarity, and seasons of doubt. Keep coming back to your “why.” Remember the animals. Remember the women who need what you’re learning. Trust that if this calling is in your heart, there is a reason for it.

You Already Are the Healer

You’re not becoming something you’re not—you’re remembering who you’ve always been. Your sensitivity is sacred. Your desire to help is divine. Your journey is valid, no matter where you’re starting from.

The world needs more women like you—intuitive, compassionate, heart-led women who want to do work that matters. Whether you want to help animals, support others, or create a business from your gifts, this is your time.

You’re not too late. You’re not too inexperienced. You’re not too old or too young.

You’re right on time.
