Hi, I am Sasha, Mindset Coach and Master Healer, and I teach animal lovers how to start using their natural gifts to start a successful pet business and work with animals.
When I first began working with animals, I didn’t know that what I felt and experienced around them wasn’t common. I just knew I felt deeply connected to animals, and that they responded to me in ways that often surprised others. Over time, I discovered that I had the gift of healing, and I’ve now helped hundreds of people uncover their own healing gifts and turn them into fulfilling careers.
If you’re here reading this, it’s likely because something inside of you is calling. You’re drawn to animals, perhaps you feel their pain or energy, or maybe you’ve always felt like you could communicate with them without words. Today, I want to walk you through seven signs that you might be a natural animal healer.
You’ve Always Felt a Deep Connection to Animals Since childhood, have animals been your refuge? Maybe you found comfort in a pet during hard times or felt more understood by animals than people. This bond isn’t just emotional—it’s energetic. Healers often experience this deep connection because animals are naturally drawn to those who emit healing energy.
Animals Gravitate Toward You Have you ever noticed that even shy or fearful animals come right up to you? Maybe strangers’ pets want to be near you or follow you around. This is not random. Animals sense energy clearly, and when they seek you out, it’s often because they feel safe and soothed in your presence.
You Feel Emotions Physically When Animals Are Around Empaths and natural healers often feel physical sensations in response to others’ emotions. If you’ve ever felt a heaviness, tightness, or even joy just by being near an animal, it’s a sign your body is attuned to their energy. This energetic sensitivity is one of the core traits of a healer.
You Want to Help Animals Beyond the Basics Loving animals and caring for them is one thing—but healers often feel compelled to go deeper. You may feel like feeding, walking, or housing them isn’t enough. You want to understand their behavior, heal their trauma, or ease their anxiety. That desire to do more is a big indicator.
You Often Know What an Animal Is Feeling Without Being Told Intuition plays a huge role in animal healing. If you’ve ever just “known” what a dog or cat needed, or felt what they were trying to express without words or behavior cues, you’re tuning into your intuitive healing ability.
You Feel Drained or Uplifted After Being Around Animals Healing energy flows both ways. If you feel exhausted after being near a stressed animal, or if you feel completely energized by a calm, happy one, it means you’re already exchanging energy with them—whether you’re aware of it or not.
You’ve Been Told You Have a Calming Presence Do others tell you that you’re calming to be around? That your voice soothes them, or that their animals behave better when you’re around? Healing energy is often experienced as calm, grounded, peaceful energy—something you radiate without even trying.
If even two or three of these signs resonated with you, chances are you’re already working with energy on a subtle level. The good news is, you don’t have to wait for permission to begin exploring your healing gifts—you just need guidance, practice, and belief in your own abilities.
I’ve created programs that guide people just like you to start using their gifts and create heart-centered businesses helping animals. If you’re ready to start your journey, click the link below to learn more about my programs and how you can get started working with animals today.
